Where Central Park sits on Ferozepur Road

Central Park Housing Scheme is on Main Ferozepur Road, roughly 16 km south of Kalma Chowk and directly accessible from the Lahore Ring Road southern loop. The main gate is on the city-bound side of Ferozepur Road, with a service-road entry that keeps boulevard traffic flowing.

For navigation, the scheme is between Bahria Town's southern boundary and the older Gajjumata interchange — a corridor that the LDA has steadily upgraded over the last five years.

Drive times to Lahore's key landmarks

Kalma Chowk: 22–28 minutes via Ferozepur Road. DHA Phase 5: 30–35 minutes via Ring Road. Allama Iqbal International Airport: 35–45 minutes via Ring Road eastern loop. Thokar Niaz Baig: 25 minutes via Ring Road. Gulberg: 25–32 minutes off-peak.

These times assume off-peak travel. Ferozepur Road sees heavier congestion 8–10 AM and 5–7 PM; Ring Road remains the faster option for airport and DHA trips.

Block-by-block layout inside the scheme

Block A and B sit closest to the main boulevard and host the largest concentration of constructed homes. Block C and the Overseas Block run deeper into the scheme with newer infrastructure and 15–25% softer pricing. Commercial strips line the main boulevard and the two perpendicular feeder roads.

Internal roads are 40–80 feet wide depending on the block, with dedicated green belts and a central park that gives the scheme its name.

What this means for overseas buyers

Location explains most of the price gap between Central Park and nearby schemes. A plot deep inside an unfinished scheme on the same road will look cheaper on paper but cost you on resale and rental. Drive-time access to Ring Road is the single biggest valuation lever in this corridor.
