How to Buy a Plot in Central Park Housing Scheme from Abroad

Buying a plot in Lahore from London, Dubai, or Toronto looks intimidating until you map it as a checklist. Done in the right order, the entire process — search, verification, payment, transfer — can be completed in three to six weeks without you boarding a plane.

Weeks 1–2: documentation and shortlisting

Send a copy of your NICOP and Tax Filer certificate to your local partner. In parallel, agree on a shortlist of two or three plots and request live video walk-throughs with visible plot numbers.

Weeks 2–3: verification and power of attorney

We pull the file at the developer's office, verify the LDA status, and confirm there are no liens. You sign a registered power of attorney at the Pakistani consulate nearest you.

Weeks 3–6: payment and transfer

Funds are remitted through a formal banking channel, the transfer letter is processed at the developer's office, and the file is updated in your name.
