Standard, premium, and signature finishes
Standard finish currently runs PKR 5,800–6,400 per square foot. Premium sits at PKR 7,200–8,400. Signature, with imported fittings and custom millwork, lands between PKR 9,500 and 12,000 per square foot.
What drives the spread
Imported tile, designer kitchens, smart-home wiring, and full A/V integration are the four biggest cost levers. None of them are necessary; all of them affect resale.
Typical timeline for a 10 marla home
Grey structure: 4–5 months. Finishing: 5–7 months. Buffer for design changes and import lead times: 1–2 months.
