Construction Timeline in Central Park: From Plot to Move-In

20 May 2026·7 min read

Most Lahore buyers underestimate construction timelines by half. A 5 marla home does not take three months; it takes ten to fourteen from soil break to move-in. This guide maps the real milestones for Central Park builds and the delays that routinely catch buyers off guard.

Phase one: design and approvals (weeks 1–6)

Architectural drawings, structural engineering, and society approvals typically take four to six weeks in Central Park because the developer's office is responsive and the scheme is fully approved. Delays here are usually client-driven — changing the design after submission.

Phase two: grey structure (months 2–6)

Excavation, foundation, columns, slab pouring, and roof. Weather, material shortages, and labour availability are the three variables that stretch this phase. Book your steel and cement early.

Phase three: finishing and MEP (months 7–12)

Electrical, plumbing, flooring, kitchen, paint, and fixtures. Imported finishes add 4–8 weeks for shipping. Smart-home wiring should be planned before plastering, not after.
