Bookings open with a down payment paid directly to the developer's authorised collection account. The remaining balance is split between predictable monthly installments and larger half-yearly milestones, which keeps the monthly outlay manageable for salaried buyers and overseas investors. Possession and the LDA-approved transfer letter are released once 50% of the principal has been cleared, allowing construction to begin in parallel with the remaining schedule.
